Our Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and methodologies developed by Advanced Vision, including our AI Agents (Elexia, Querio, Vistra), remain our exclusive intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Data and Deliverables

Clients retain ownership of their data and any custom deliverables created specifically for their projects, subject to our retained rights in underlying methodologies and frameworks.

Third-Party Rights

We respect third-party intellectual property rights and expect our clients to do the same. Any use of third-party software or services will be properly licensed.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements and may include:

• Project-based fixed fees
• Hourly consulting rates
• Milestone-based payments
• Subscription fees for ongoing AI services

Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in project agreements. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

• Clients are responsible for validating AI outputs before business implementation

9. Service Availability and Performance

We strive to provide reliable AI services but cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime for AI systems or web services
• Specific performance metrics unless explicitly agreed
• Compatibility with all third-party systems
• Uninterrupted access during maintenance periods

We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance and work to minimize service disruptions.

10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. Termination may occur:

• By mutual agreement of both parties
• For breach of terms after written notice and cure period
• For non-payment of fees
• Upon completion of project deliverables

Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination date.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Jordan, unless otherwise agreed in separate project agreements.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
